Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: November 6, 2026

We may earn a commission when you install a game through some links on our website. This does not affect our editorial recommendations.

How affiliate links work

DropScouter participates in cost-per-install (CPI) affiliate campaigns for selected PC games. When you click one of these links and install the game, the game's publisher or its partner may pay us a commission. The game costs you nothing extra – free-to-play games remain free.

Where you will see affiliate links

• The Game of the Day feature on our homepage
• Game pages for games that are part of an affiliate campaign
• Relevant recommendation boxes inside related articles
• Some game cards, marked with an editorial label such as “Featured”

Affiliate buttons are always accompanied by a short disclosure, and affiliate links use the rel="sponsored" attribute.

Our editorial promise

• We do not use pop-ups, fake download buttons, forced redirects or misleading discount labels.
• Affiliate status never changes how we describe a game, its features or its pricing.
• Games without affiliate campaigns link to their official website or official PC storefront.
